Fishing cruise for all family- Anglesey

I didn't take this cruise very serious- I've never in my live did fishing and I was hope to have some fun. And we both had a lot of fun!!! ....and 4 mackerels in the end of the cruise.

The family fishing is suitable for everybody, you will get a fishing rods on board to use. It starts at 9 am from Beaumaris pier and takes 3 hours.

During the cruise you can see Puffins Island, Penmon Lighthouse....and also dolphins and seals!!

Afon LLugwy and Miners Bridge Walk

Start: Betws-y-Coed
Distance: 2,5 miles
Time: 1 hour

The simply short walk- as unfortunately we have to come back to Essex today- from Betws-y-Coed to Miners Bridge.

Our start point was St Mary's Church car park (worth to visit the church for few minutes!).

From the car park turn left towards the Pont-y pair bridge.

Cross the bridge and turn left. Pass the car park and follow the woodland trail near the river.

There are nice places for picnic on the way.

The path is not waymarked but is clear. Never strays far from the river, and needs a little care as it crosses tree roots and slippery rocks.

Soon you will see the Miners Bridge on your left. Miners bridge was constructed to shorten the journey the miners had to make and it provides a spectacular view of the river, as it forces a way through a narrow rocky gorge.

You can now come back to the top of the bridge a follow the forest road. We decided to pass the bridge and come back to the main road.

Turn left to come back to Betws-y-Coed.

This walk we always finish in a bakery in Betws-y-Coed!  Today Jan found a gingerbread man of Gareth Bale!!! hahahha

How to Cleanse your new Home of negative energy... WITCHCRAFT

Little explanation: witchcraft was always my passion (well as having  10x Great Grandma as a famous witch - no doubt...). I think that's also a big factor why I'm now in Wales. Here the nature is stronger and all the energies I can feel better...

When we moved in to the flat the first step was to cleanse the place of all negative energy of previous people living here.The energy debris can be a result of negative emotions, thoughts, occurrences, and stress that  has experienced in this space. Your house is like a sponge. Whatever transpires in your environment is absorbed into the walls, furniture, carpet, ceiling, and objects. Frequently, these negative energies accumulate in the corners and tucked away places. 

I started from simply getting rid of clutter and cleaning the place thoroughly. I added a little bit of salt to the water for washing mirrors and floors.

Next step was to burn white sage and waft the smoke around the house in a counterclockwise motion, banishing old, stuck energy from  home. Always burn herbs with a fire-safe container! Also is good to ring a bell or a rattle through your home, again in counterclockwise motion.When going around the house -concentrate on bringing in lightness, peace, clarity, serenity, prosperity, or whatever positive energy you wish for into your home: the emphasis for this direction is on invoking, or inviting in. After burning sage- open all windows and leave the house foe some time.

There is no need to burn all sage in one go- on leaf is enough. I will have to clean my living room few times as that the worst place in the house. The sage goes out there... In the difficult places is good to burn a white candle as well.

Light a candle to dedicate energy to your endeavors. Say your wish out loud.  For example, “I am so grateful for all the love, harmony, and healthy energy pouring into my home right now.”Imagine brilliant white light filling the whole space. Visualize your home  as a shining star emanating light, positive energy and blessing to everyone who enters. 

Let the candle burn to the end, pack all the remain bits to a paper bag and bury it far from home.

When you feel that your home has been thoroughly cleansed, say in a strong, clear voice, "My home is cleared of all negative energy. Let it be a place of peace, serenity, love, and prosperity."

After cleansing you have to Seal your home against negative energies. That's what I used:

The rune Algiz if used right was said to bestow upon its user or wearer the ability of protection. As the image implies the symbol of a tree, this indicates trees were a powerful image to the Germanic tribes and indicates there reference to using nature for magic.

Other references to the Algiz Rune meaning are the antlers of the elk, and the shape of the sedge-grass herb. The symbol has been indicated possibly to suggest the spread fingers of a hand raised in a protective gesture. It is a powerful rune of protection and, spiritually, it is often referred to as  symbolizing reaching up to the divine.

Salt on the doorstep- For magical purposes, salt is used to keep evil spirits as well as misfortune away from a household when used at doorways and windows. Any manner of evil (whether spiritual or physical) cannot enter thru the doorway or windowsill that has salt on it. It's widely known to be used against spirits; but it's also used to keep physical evil away (such as burglars, enemies, etc.) as well.

Crucifix-It has long been a tradition of Catholic families to hang crucifixes throughout their homes, or to even have a crucifix embedded into the foundation of the house. Some merely hang the crucifix on the walls of their home as a reminder of Christ’s redemptive sacrifice, but beyond this it is also a sacramental, used in devotion to the Lord and as a guard against evil.
